1. Data We Collect

We collect questions you submit to The Chief AI advisor, account email (if you subscribe), and standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp). We do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the study platform, route AI queries through the X.R.A.Y. IEN service, and improve content accuracy. AI queries are processed without cross-session memory — The Chief does not retain your conversation history between sessions.

3. Secrets & Security

All application secrets are stored in AWS Secrets Manager. We never store credentials in environment files, source code, or client-side storage. SOC 2 compliant practices are in effect.

4. Third Parties

AI responses are routed through X.R.A.Y. IEN (api.25xray.ai). We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
